Marketing and Community Engagement Director

The Marketing and Community Engagement Director is a seasoned restaurant leader who is focused on: sales growth, promoting products, menu item awareness, and protecting the Chick-fil-A brand, while ensuring the Winning Hearts Model and 2nd Mile Service are being adhered to.

 The Director's responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

Focusing primarily on sales growth and establishing community connections.

·      Promoting and responding to donation requests.

·      Maintaining our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Spotlight, etc.)

·      Maintaining employee awards records and planning company & community events. 

·      Initiating and responding to customer correspondence. 

·      Maintaining and maximizing data reports, guest/team member feedback to grow sales and guest connections. 

·      Creating and executing a monthly marketing plan. 

·      Advanced communication of all marketing events with the team. 

·      Establishing a detailed event plan and expense budget. 

·      Creating and executing marketing events (i.e. Family Night, Spirit Nights, etc.) 

·      Coaching the behaviors of all team members who work on assigned events. 

·      Assisting with daily operations (the Hospitality team, Kitchen, Catering team when needed).

·      Delivering a ReMarkable dining experience for all our guests. 

·      Assisting and coordinating with other directors in the operation. 

·      POP Installation, Marketing POP Creation and Execution. 

·      Social Media and Website Management. 

·      Menu item sampling management and preparing for Seasonal and special events.

·      Attending marketing meetings and training events.

·      Collaborating with other Chick-fil-A restaurants and partners. 

·      Ordering supplies for events, team member recognition, etc. 

·      Must possess leadership traits that Chick-fil-A seeks in future Operators.

                - Chemistry – relationship builder, coaches others to perform. 

                - Competency – results oriented, systems thinker, quick study. 

A valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation is a MUST!

Prior Marketing/Sales experience is a MUST!

  • Hourly Range: $20.00 - $26.00 commensurate with proven work experience!
